Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup nut milk of choice

Instructions:

1. Add oats and milk to a small high speed blender such as nutribullet.

Note: this makes 1-2 pancakes. If you’re using a large blender, you must increase the quantity in the blender for it to work. In a vitamix, I use 3 packets and 1 cup of almond milk to make 4-5 pancakes.

2. Cook pancakes on medium heat, 2 minutes each side.

3. Enjoy with fresh fruit!

Give these a try and tag @docdaughters to show us your creation!

Xoxo,
