Ingredients
For the Crust:

2 cups almond flour

1/2 cup arrowroot or tapioca starch

1/4 cup date syrup

1 tsp baking powder

4 tbsp water
For the Caramelized Apples:

4 medium apples, chopped (we love keeping the peels on!)

1/4 cup light coconut milk
-
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
-
2 tbsp date syrup
-
1 tsp vanilla bean powder or alcohol-free vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Preheat & Prep the Dough
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Mix all crust ingredients in a large bowl until a dough forms. Press onto a lined baking sheet or Silpat, shaping the edges to form a round pizza crust.
2. Caramelize the Apples
In a large sauté pan over medium heat, add the apple topping ingredients. Cook, stirring often, until the mixture thickens and the apples are tender and golden.
3. Bake the Pizza
Spread the apple mixture evenly over the crust and bake for 25 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
4. Cool & Top with Creaminess
