A healthy twist on a classic candy bar—these Stuffed Date Snickers are made with just 4 simple, whole-food ingredients and no added sugar.
They’re the perfect feel-good treat to keep in the fridge for when you want something sweet, satisfying, and energizing—without the sugar crash. Made with Medjool dates, creamy nut butter, crunchy granola, and a rich, date-sweetened chocolate coating, they’re like a Snickers bar... but naturally sweetened and good for you.

Ingredients:
-
Medjool dates (pitted)
-
Nut butter of your choice (I use peanut butter!)
-
Granola
-
Date-sweetened chocolate (I love using Just Date chocolate chips)
Instructions:
-
Gently open each Medjool date and remove the pit. You want to keep the date mostly intact so it can “hug” the filling.
-
Add a spoonful of nut butter into each date, followed by a sprinkle of granola. Try to press the date closed a bit so the filling stays tucked inside.
-
Place your favorite chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave for 15 seconds, stir, then repeat 2–4 more times until fully melted and smooth. Do not overheat—short bursts with stirring in between keeps the chocolate silky and perfect for dipping. -
Dip & Chill:
Dip each stuffed date into the melted chocolate, using a spoon to coat fully. Place on a parchment-lined plate or tray and refrigerate until the chocolate sets (about 20–30 minutes). -
Enjoy!
Keep in the fridge and enjoy throughout the week for an easy snack or better-for-you dessert!
