Whole-Food Plant-Based Dole Whip (No Sugar, No Dairy)

Whole-Food Plant-Based Dole Whip (No Sugar, No Dairy)

If you’ve ever been to Disney and tasted their famous Dole Whip, you know it’s the definition of tropical bliss in a cup.
But here’s the thing — the original isn’t exactly a whole-food, plant-based treat.

This version?
It’s made with just three simple ingredients, no refined sugar, no dairy, and all the sunny pineapple flavor you love.
Perfect for summer days, post-beach snacks, or whenever you want a sweet bite that still loves you back

Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen pineapple chunks (about 1 small pineapple) — or two 10 oz bags of frozen pineapple

  • 2 tablespoons coconut cream

  • 3 tablespoons lite coconut milk (optional, for blending)

Instructions

  1. Blend until smooth — Add frozen pineapple chunks and coconut cream to a high-speed blender or food processor. If needed, add the lite coconut milk a tablespoon at a time to help blend.

  2. Adjust texture — Blend until creamy and soft-serve-like. Stop to scrape down the sides as needed.

  3. Serve immediately — Scoop into bowls or cones for soft-serve style, or freeze for 1–2 hours for a firmer texture.

Tips & Serving Ideas

  • For extra sweetness, blend in a few pitted Medjool dates before blending.

  • Garnish with shredded coconut or fresh mint for a tropical twist.

  • This recipe works beautifully with mango or a pineapple-mango mix too.

Why you’ll love it:

  • Only 3 simple ingredients

  • 100% whole-food, plant-based

  • No added sugar, no dairy, no artificial anything

  • Ready in minutes

This is the kind of treat that feels indulgent but is secretly nutrient-rich — a win-win in my book.

XOXO,
