Ingredients
-
1 bunch cotton candy grapes (or any green grapes)
-
Juice of 1 lemon
-
1–2 tablespoons date sugar
Instructions
-
Rinse and dry your grapes. You want them completely dry so everything sticks well.
-
Squeeze lemon juice over the grapes and gently toss to coat.
-
Sprinkle with date sugar and toss again until evenly coated.
-
Transfer to a parchment-lined tray and pop into the freezer for at least 3 hours.
-
Enjoy frozen—they’re the perfect blend of tangy, sweet, and icy cold.
That’s it. No blender, no fancy steps—just a fun, nostalgic snack made from whole plants.
