This was my first purchase from Doc's Daughters. I loved this gift to myself!

Each oat packet had the flavor you'd expect from reading the package, and each one tasted delicious. My personal favorites are the banana foster and the peanut butter flavored packs. The baking mixes were a nice addition. They tasted great and served as a good reminder that I can have a flavorful, healthy brownie or cookie without adding milk or sugar.

There's no denying the cost is high.
However, from my research I think this is the most non-processed overnight oats available for purchase. For example, these oats contain no processed or refined sugar, whey protein, soy lecithin, sea salt, or guar gum. I was so pleased to see high-quality, real ingredients on the label, which also include fair trade items.

In learning more about the company, I also like that their packaging is made from recyclable materials.

As someone who follows a Nutritarian lifestyle, I'm happy to have a quick and easy option with no compromises.

What a great way to start my day with all the delicious varieties of Overnight Oats and the very convenient glass container to mix up my oats! It makes it so quick and easy when I don't have the time to concoct my own mixture. There are also 2 baking mixes included which I haven't yet tried, but based on my experience so far, I'll bet they're delicious! Since attending the Plant Powered Party in Las Vegas, I've become a huge fan of Dr. Cara Fuhrman and I'm also addicted to the Eat To Live Podcast with her sister, Jenna Fuhrman. You can't go wrong with this starter pack, I highly recommend it!
